Andean Breakfast in Cusipata
After approximately two hours of travel, we arrive in Cusipata, where you will enjoy breakfast before continuing toward Palccoyo.

After breakfast, we continue for approximately one more hour toward the Palccoyo trailhead.

Changing Mountain Weather
The Palcoyo Rainbow Mountain Tour operates in changing high-altitude weather conditions, including rain, clouds, fog, cold temperatures, wind and light snowfall.
The tour will continue according to the scheduled itinerary as long as the route remains open and can be operated safely.
Clear views of the Rainbow Mountains, Stone Forest, Ausangate or surrounding landscapes cannot be guaranteed.
If clouds, fog, rain, snow or other weather conditions reduce visibility or prevent the mountains from being seen clearly, the tour will continue and no refund, rescheduling or alternative tour will be provided due to weather-related visibility conditions.
Only an exceptional safety restriction, official road closure or situation that makes the route impossible to operate may affect the service.
If an exceptional operational restriction occurs, our team will communicate the applicable procedure once the situation has been officially confirmed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The following conditions apply when the passenger voluntarily cancels the reservation.
At Least 24 Hours Before Departure
Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure are eligible for a 100% refund of the tour amount.
Within 24 Hours but Before 7:00 p.m.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure but before 7:00 p.m. on the day before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund.
After 7:00 p.m. on the Day Before Departure
Cancellations received after 7:00 p.m. on the day before departure are non-refundable.
Cancellation requests must be sent by WhatsApp or email.
The time at which our team receives the cancellation request will be used to determine the applicable refund condition.
